Zeylix is a software development company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through zeylix.com. If you have any questions, email us at support@zeylix.com.

• Contact form and email: your name, email address and the message you send us, plus anything you choose to include.
• Website analytics: if enabled, we use Plausible Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal data or tracking you across sites.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to keep the site secure and working.

We use your information only to reply to your inquiry, discuss and deliver a project with you, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our communications, such as our website host, form-handling service and email provider. They process it on our behalf and may store it outside Sri Lanka. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep inquiry emails and messages for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Under Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, and similar laws where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@zeylix.com and we will respond within 30 days.

zeylix.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics, if enabled, work without cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
